Textbooks

Ah, its that time of year.

I went to the bookstore today to see what books are required for my classes and to price them out. If I buy them all from the bookstore, I will have to spend anywhere from $240 to $320, depending on how many I can find used. Pricing them on bigwords.com comes out to something like $150. The only problem is buying them online takes longer, and since I don't get paid until Friday I won't have any of my textbooks the first week of classes.

Oh well, c'est la vie.

And it's HOT in my apartment and for some reason my roommates keep turning the swamp cooler off.

Wishful thinking: If I somehow get my hands on $600 with no particular destination before I graduate (yeah, right) then I want to buy the Adobe CS3 Master Collection. I love educational pricing--considering the actual price of the collection is 3 to 4 times that amount.
